1. Cost of $35 per PC per month. There is a price drop of $5 per machine if there are more than 5 Machines at one location.
2. Included in the contract is a remote or onsite service check-up of the software on the machines to make sure that all Windows Updates are in place, all security related software are functional and up to date. Make sure that the computer is running optimally and hopefully catch any problems before they begin or just as they are starting, preventing major problems.
3. Check to make sure that the backups are working and have been performed effectively (Will check both manual and automatic backups).
4. One Annual Check-up and cleanup of the interior of each machine to make sure that all debris and fans are working correctly.
5. For each computer you get a 30 minute service call included. This means for a 2 computer office, you get 60 minutes of labour a month included. This could be onsite labour or a remote connection to fix issues.
6. You also get a preferred customer rate for labour. Our current labour rate is set at $70 per hour, however those with the service contract get it at $60 per hour. Non-Profits normally pay $60 per hour but on a service contract they pay $45
7. Customers on a Service Contract will get preferential service time guarantees, especially in the event of emergencies. Service time will vary depending on the severity of the problem. A complete system/network down is rated higher than smaller annoyances, that need to be looked at but are not causing there to be downtime to the practice. Again this could be a remote login or a site visit depending on the problem identified.
8. Backups – Online backups for one system are included. If you wish to have more than one system backed up an additional $7.50 per PC per month.
9. Website – For the amount of $150 per year we will provide you with the space and the domain name to house your website. This again is a preferred rate. We will also help with website development if required, quotes can be provided upon request.
